Currently, life looks like this…

I am a proud and feisty baseball & basketball mom to my 15 year old son. I have navigated (not always gracefully) a blended family. I have two adult step-children from my hubby of 19 years. We are down to one fur baby, Kingston - his name says it all.

I built and ran a successful massage business for 20 years. Throughout my time offering massage, I also worked as a coach to my clientele. The time came for me to retire as massage therapist and launch my private coaching business. I am blessed to have spiritual gifts of empathy and intuition gifts with a deep skill set in coaching, which sets me apart from other coaches. I do my best work with clients who are ready for change due to: overwhelm, stress, burning out, and/or going through a major life transition. If we meet in person I am likely going to have you get on my massage table to release your stress through gentle touch to face, neck, and shoulders using himalayan heated salt stones.

I am now offering limited massage therapy sessions.
